Introduction to Mindfulness (Nine Weeks)

  • Get an overview of, and introduction to mindfulness

  • Learn how mindfulness can help you to respond with clarity, rather than automatically reacting to pain, illness, and stress

  • Try out selected practices in a small group, meeting one hour per week

Mindful Behavior Change (MBC) (Eight to Nine Weeks)

  • Address habit change, stress, depression, pain, and anxiety, with a referral from your Primary Care or Behavioral Health Provider

  • Increase your self-care skills with tested, everyday practices backed by neuroscience

  • Also offered in Spanish and Portuguese; stay tuned for updates

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) (Nine Weeks)

  • Explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and moods

  • Tackle chronic and recurrent depression

  • Tackle chronic and recurrent anxiety

  • Develop more calm and ease within yourself, with new tools and confidence

“Strengthen Your Practice” (SYP) Alumni Groups (Twelve Weeks)

  • Dive deeper into the practices you have learned from completing an eight to nine week mindfulness program (e.g., MBCT, MBCT-R or MTPC)

  • Ask questions and practice with others in a supportive group atmosphere

  • Improve emotional health and wellbeing

PARTS (Sixteen Weeks)

  • Elevate well-being with Internal Family Systems

  • Gain a non-pathologizing, empowering perspective on cognition and emotions

  • Achieve remarkable results in trauma treatment

  • Cultivate trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationships
