Becca Phillips (she/her), currently serves as the Program and Trainings Coordinator at CMC, where she draws on an eclectic background in community organizing, climate and health, clinical care, and mindfulness facilitation. With additional experience in social psychology research and program management, she provides comprehensive support for the coordination of all CMC’s programs and events.
Becca holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and a Master’s in Public Health from Claremont Graduate University. She is also a licensed massage therapist and a Reiki practitioner. An activist at heart, she is passionate about organizing collaborative community initiatives centered on mindfulness, dialogue, and the healing and creative arts to address pressing societal issues and create a more just and compassionate planet. With over half a decade of experience as a massage therapist, Becca continues to teach, explore, and learn about touch and embodied relating through contact improvisation, yoga, authentic relating, consent education, and somatic grief work.
